Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Aqua and Ice for your hydration and ice needs. This Delivery Policy outlines our commitment to timely, safe, and professional delivery of your orders.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:

Pretoria CBD and surrounding areas

Other areas by special request or subscription agreement
Note: A standard delivery fee applies outside of Pretoria CBD (see Section 4).
2. Delivery Times
-
Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM (within Pretoria CBD)
-
Next-day delivery for orders placed after 12:00 PM
-
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM
-
No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays, unless pre-arranged
3. Order Processing

Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

A confirmation email, or WhatsApp message will be sent to you with estimated delivery time.

Customers must be available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.
4. Delivery Fees

Pretoria CBD: Free delivery for orders above R1000
-
Outside Pretoria CBD: Flat delivery fee of R190
-
Subscription customers may qualify for discounted or free delivery based on their package
5. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the order:

We will contact you to reschedule (one reschedule attempt is free).

A R100 re-delivery fee may apply for failed second attempts.

If delivery is missed more than twice, the order will be cancelled, and refund will exclude delivery fees.
6. Bulk and Special Deliveries

For bulk water or ice cube orders, please place your order 24 hours in advance.

For event deliveries or trailer setups, arrangements must be made at least 3–5 days in advance.
7. Subscription Deliveries

Subscribers receive scheduled deliveries based on the chosen package (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

Delivery dates can be adjusted upon request at least 48 hours in advance.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on delivery.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, notify the delivery personnel or contact us within 24 hours.

We will arrange a free replacement or refund where applicable.
